G20 Summit and the expectations of world communities

 

This year, the G20 summit is hosted by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, with the slogan "One earth one family one future".

Sources show that G7 and G20 countries have significant power and influence. In addition, G20 countries have 80% of gross domestic production, three-quarters of the global trade, and two-thirds of the world's population.

The fact that these countries have such a power reveals the impression that they have a structure that will find solutions to global problems.

Since technological developments have turned the world into a global village, it is necessary to look at the solution of global problems from this perspective.

When we look at the problems on a global scale that the world has fallen into, we see that they have reached dangerous levels.

These issues, which come to the agenda in every environment and in every global meeting, are;

climate change

global warming is turning into global scorching

Increasing growth of wildfires

increasingly serious environmental problems

unemployment and internal conflicts and migrations triggered by strife and wars in some regions and millions of displaced people.

Negative developments that ignore basic human rights, such as displacement from their own lands and the taking away of their lands and property by force of arms and terrorist methods...

Fundamental humanitarian issues such as drought, hunger, lack of rainfall, water scarcity, and food inadequacy are increasing their negative impact.

Coups in African countries destabilize this continent, causing some parts and societies that are already in poor and miserable conditions to worsen.

Migrations, seeking asylum...

Terrorism continues especially in the region where our country's borders are located and in some African countries, and innocent people are losing their lives and futures with the ruthlessness of these imperialist-controlled organizations.

The magnitude and complexity of the issues are on a scale that no single country can handle, requiring the international community to undertake the issue with sincere and serious cooperation.

Regarding these global challenges, it is critical for G7 and G20 countries to overcome the global challenges.

It is the primary expectation of the societies that are exposed to these problems to sincerely declare that steps should be taken to overcome the current global problems within the framework of the understanding of "One world, one family, one future" chosen as the theme of this year's G20 summit...

G20 Zirvesi ve dünya toplumlarının beklentisi

 

Bu yıl G20 zirvesi “Bir dünya bir aile bir gelecek” sloganıyla Hindistan’da ülke başbakanı Narendra Modi’nin eve sahipliğinde yapılıyor.

Kaynaklar G7 ve G20 ülkelerinin önemli bir güç ve etkiye sahip olduğunu gösteriyor. Aynı zamanda, G20 ülkelerinin küresel milli gelirin %80’nine sahip olduğu, küresel ticaretin üç çeyreğine ve dünya nüfusunun üçte ikisine sahip olduğunu gösteriyor.

Bu ülkelerin böyle bir güce sahip olması küresel sıkıntılara da çözüm bulacak bir yapıya sahip olduğu izlenimini ortaya çıkarıyor.

Teknolojik gelişmelerin dünyayı küresel bir köy derekesine dönüştürmüş olması nedeniyle küresel sıkıntıların hal edilmesine de bu açıdan bakmak gerekiyor.

Dünyanın içine düştüğü küresel ölçekte olan sıkıntılara baktığımızda, bunların giderek tehlikeli boyutlara ulaştığını görüyoruz.

Her ortamda, her küresel toplantılarda gündeme gelen bu konular ise;

iklim değişikliği

küresel ısınmanın ise küresel kavrulmaya doğru dönüşmekte olması

orman yangınlarının artarak büyümesi

giderek ağırlaşan çevre sorunları

işsizlik ve gerek iç çatışmalar ve gerekse bazı bölgelerdeki savaşların tetiklediği göçler ve yerlerinden olmuş milyonlarca mağdur insan toplulukları...

Kendi topraklarında yerlerinden edilme ve kendi sahipliğinde olan toprakların ve mülkiyetin silah zoruyla, terörist usullerle ellerinden alınması gibi temel insan haklarını yok sayan olumsuz gelişmeler...

Kuraklık, açlık, yağış yetersizliği, su kıtlığı, gıda yetersizliği gibi temel insani meseleler olumsuz etkisini giderek artırıyor.

Africa ülkelerinde meydana gelen darbeler, bu kıtayı istikrarsızlaştırmakla, zaten fakir ve perişan bir durumda olan bazı kısım ve toplumların daha da kötüleşmesine yol açmaktadır.

Göçler, sığınma arayışları...

Terör özellikle ülkemiz sınırlarının da bulunduğu bölge ve bir kısım Afrika ülkelerinde etkisini sürdürmekte masum insanlar bu emperyalist kontrollü örgütlerin acımasızlığıyla hayatını ve geleceklerini kaybetmekte.

Meselelerin büyüklük ve karmaşıklığının tek bir ülkenin üstesinden gelemeyeceği ölçekte olması, uluslararası toplumun konuyu samimi ve ciddi bir işbirliği ile üstlenmesini gerektiriyor.

Bu nedenle G7 ve G20 ülkelerinin küresel sıkıntıların üstesinden gelmesi için kritik öneme sahip. 

Bu yılki G20 zirvesinin teması olarak seçilen “Tek dünya tek aile tek gelecek” anlayışı çerçevesinde mevcut küresel sıkıntıların giderilmesi yönünde adımların atılması samimiyetiyle deklere edilmesi söz konusu sıkıntılara maruz kalan toplumların öncelikli beklentisidir...
